UAE Delivery

We offer delivery across UAE city areas through our local delivery service. Orders are normally delivered within 1 - 2 business days after order confirmation.

Orders Below AED 300

A delivery charge of AED 25 applies for the first item. Additional items in the same order will have an extra AED 5 shipping charge per item.

Orders AED 300 and Above

Free delivery is available for UAE city locations on qualifying orders.

GCC Countries Delivery

We deliver to GCC countries including Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman. Delivery normally takes 5 - 7 business days depending on destination, customs, and courier availability.

Orders Below AED 300

Flat shipping fee of AED 100 applies.

Orders Above AED 300

GCC delivery charges are calculated based on order value:

  • AED 301 - AED 400: 35% of order value
  • AED 401 - AED 600: 35% of order value
  • AED 601 - AED 800: 33% of order value
  • AED 801 - AED 1000: 30% of order value
  • AED 1001 - AED 1200: 25% of order value
  • AED 1201 - AED 1800: 20% of order value
  • AED 1801 - AED 2500: 15% of order value
  • Above AED 2500: 13% of order value

Remote Area Delivery

The shipping charges listed on our website are based on standard delivery locations. If your delivery address is located in a remote or difficult-to-service area, shipping charges may be higher than the standard rate.

Don't worry—our shipping team will review your delivery location after your order is placed. If any additional shipping charges apply, our customer support team will contact you before dispatch to confirm the updated shipping cost.

No additional shipping charges will be applied without your approval. We will only proceed with your order after receiving your confirmation.

Order Processing & Tracking

Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation. Once your order is dispatched, you can track your order status using the order tracking option available on our website.
